9th Workshop on Nanocarbon Photonics and Optoelectronics (NPO2024 ) will be held at the Spa hotel Rauhalahti, Kuopio, Finland, 4 – 9 August 2024. NPO2024 will be devoted to progress in the photonics and optoelectronics of graphene and other two-dimensional materials, carbon nanotubes and nanodiamonds. The NPO2024 will focus on
- Photonics and optoelectronics of low dimensional materials
- Nonlinear optics of graphene and 2D materials beyond graphene
- Nanocarbon materials for THz and microwave photonics
- Sensing and quantum information processing with diamond color centers
- Super resolution bioimaging with nanocarbon fluorophores
- Synthesis and characterization of nanocarbon species
The Workshop aims at young researchers who will be able to establish direct contacts with leading scientists working in the fields of nonlinear optics, optoelectronics, lasing, solid-state lighting, sensing, and quantum technology. We expect that the Workshop will attract about one hundred scientists from around the globe.
Please prepare your abstract using NPO template and send it to Prof Yuri Svirko at yuri.svirko@uef.fi by May 5, 2024. You will be informed on the status of your presentation by May 26, 2024.
Please inform organizers on your accommodation choice by May 5, 2024 and submit the NPO2024 registration form along with registration fee not later than 21 June, 2024.
